The decorative effect is better than expected
Round ceiling light came well packaged; all installation materials included. Directions were very clear and very easy to follow. We placed the light down a long hallway-- with no windows-- it had one light that did not give off a lot of light-- that is NOT the case anymore! It sheds light every inch of the hallway. It is a very bright light.You do not need a lightbulb-- this has an LED already in the light. It is a blue color-- but the light is bright and clear. Our light is on a switch at both ends of the hallway-- and we use the remote to dim the light or brighten the light. So at night when we have guests over-- we can keep the light on and turn it on the dim setting and it acts like a nightlight-- a bit brighter than a nightlight-- but the effect is there without the full brightness turned on.Very pleased with our light!
A very nice ceiling shade
Go with that. If you have oak floors that match this light; even better. The wood accent brings warmth and detail.This is an easy light to instal. You can pull the wires down into the body of this light. Makes for an easy connection. I hate getting the pigtails back up in the ceiling. With this one; you don’t have two. YMMV.
